Carman Haas Hairpin Motor Laser Processing

2.Scan areaФ230mm,neither the product nor the welding head needs to be moved;
3.Orientation developed vision system CHVis: Wide range of photos、High success rate、High accuracy;
4.High Power Laser Welding: welding a pin of the same specification to achieve the same welding effect, 6000w takes 0.11s, 8000w only takes 0.08s.

Rework at the same station
1.Spatters and small welding spots can be reworked using CHVis;
2.CHVis Visual Rework Function: Rework of bad welding spots or missing welding spot.

Welding spots intelligent processing
1.Deviation pin wire measurement before welding: CHVis vision system monitors the gap, left and right misalignment, angle, area and other states of the pins after clamping;
2.Intelligent processing of welding spots deviation. Automatically identify the welding spots deviation, and call the corresponding parameters for welding;

Position compensation function

Consistency of appearance of welding spots:
• The head deviation phenomenon caused by the oblique incidence of laser can be compensated by position;
• Can be compensated separately in radial and tangential direction;
• Compensation can also be performed independently for each welding spot

Quality Inspection after Welding
1.OK/NG welding spot scanning cloud image:detect failure types such as welding pit, sharp corners, welding spot deviations, and missing welding spots;Send failed welding spot locations to PLC and operator;
2.Height difference detection before welding.
